Based on every buy/ forecast received from USA to check with Factories to see the master swatches status, **to ensure BUY READY process on time**.

Work with supplier to duplicate master if master old/ not enough and share to shoes factories plus our CH offices if they are missing

Work with Factories/ supplier to Arrange and distribute color windows to factories.

Update the RL order styles data

Work on the shared Specs ( from PD team) to get the Materials list and work with factories to get the material list/ master status

Work with Tanneries, Mills plus shoes factories to get the RL swatches and send to USA for approval

If any comment/rejected for RL swatches from USA, need to work with Supplier again to get the improvement then resend to USA until got approval

2.5

The material co-ordinator will have to support/assist the Leather manager/ Non-leather manager on approvals for color swacthes locally based on USA commnets/ also review carefully before sending to USA team which is extremelly important

The material coordinator cannot be color blind, so we must do eye testing color

Follow up RL comment/ approved CS to sign leather and non
- leather swatches, then distribute to supplier/ factories/ CH offices

**Master library data updating and keeping physical master in stock**

Acknowledge the approved swatches in the Library

Update and Record in master data list

**Local percent material tracking report/buy**
