**In short**:
This is your opportunity to become part of the worlds’ fastest growing sports company. The Production team is looking for a Production Quality Assurance Specialist to be based in Cirebon (Indonesia). In this role, you are responsible for managing product quality and process control in production with our manufacturing partners for the next-level of On’s products, and contributing in relevant quality projects and improvements of production compliance.

**Your Mission**:

- Work with development & commercialization team to identify potential product quality risks and follow up actions
- Work with On’s manufacturing partners in continuous improvement at the early stage of production to ensure quality and efficiency are both met On’s expectation
- High frequency of final inspection to ensure all products are at a premium level in both appearance and in usage.
- Ensure all products are lab tested and passed requirements (both physical requirements and RSL) before shipment
- Follow up on relevant quality feedback from customers and take actions to improve product quality
- Work with On’s manufacturing partners to manage production sustainability & compliance, ensure health and safety in production environment

**Your story**:

- At least 5-7 years of experience in footwear production quality management
- Highly attentive to detail, function and quality
- Working proficiency level of English. Chinese is a plus
