Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, providing scientific technical knowledge related to production processes and serving as a support person to Manufacturing Engineering. You will focus on continuous improvement of safety, quality, and delivery performance and troubleshoot in-process problems as they arise to ensure timely production of high-quality products. Technical assistance to internal customers will also be a key responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
- Evaluate and enhance equipment and processes and troubleshoot in-process problems to boost productivity and identify proactive solutions.
- Manage document to support existing processes and equipment in accordance with Quality Systems, and design new processes, equipment, and documentation for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with the fixturing and tooling groups to design and fabricate small fixtures and tooling, and solve manufacturing problems related to equipment, processes, or designs.
- Review production processes and recommend changes that improve safety, quality, delivery time, and lower costs, utilizing the latest technologies.
- Provide technical expertise in process engineering, develop processes, equipment, and fixtures, and upgrade SOPs, routers, and bill of materials.
- Train and support associates with operations work instructions and develop and implement process capability plans.
- Consult with production managers to optimize plant layouts and ensure maximum utilization of floor space and resources.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree - Chemical Engineering

Skills and competencies:

- 5-8 year work experience in plating, manufacturing, mechanical, automation, or chemical
- Knowledgeable in mixing equipment, filling equipment, die cut/ flatbed line/ blade cutting, dispensing equipment
- Good communication in both English language both verbal and written, Chinese language is a plus
- Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and quickly adapt to new situations.
- Have good project management and presentation skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving continuous improvement.
