Consultants to advise companies on their international expansion [commercial,

- Problem-solving skills are needed, must have the ability to anticipate potential

obstacles and prepare solutions for them
- Analytical skills, analysis so they can better advise the acquirer of the synergies

that they stand to gain from M&A
- Consult directly with clients and provide post-merger integration advisory

services designed to help them solve their most complex business challenges

Experience
- Good experience (minimum 5 years) at a top tier or boutique consulting firm
- Experience in framing hypothesis and adopting recognized Strategy

frameworks and techniques in the problems you are trying to solve
- Experience in research, data collection, quantitative analysis, structured

problem solving and executive communication techniques
- Strong program management experience and delivering high-quality output in

short timeframes

Supporting the delivery of high-quality client engagements and proposals

under the direction of the team members
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of the latest developments in sustainability,

social impact and corporate responsibility including select sub-topics such as

sustainable supply chain, or sustainable finance
