To assist line manager in providing the actuarial reports and strengthen controls per group standards.

THE JOB:

- Responsible for the delivery of regular actuarial Embedded Value reporting with high-quality reports and timeliness.
- Co-ordinate with finance department in preparing Management Information reports, and business plan to ensure quality results are delivered on time.
- Enhance commentaries in all reporting dashboards for management (MI and FD).
- Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methods, modelling, process, and financial results.
- Enhance the valuation control, governance, and documentation all Group reports.
- Ensure good documentations and high-quality disclosures per Group requirements
- Aid with modelling new products into Prophet Workspace with optimized coding and accuracy.
- Conduct detailed analyses for accurate results of group-wide consolidation to be reported to HK regulators, public matters, and enhance capital modelling capabilities
- Calculate, monitor and optimize sets of Financial KPIs
- Handle tasks of EV for quarterly actuarial reporting.
- Support juniors in valuation team
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

THE PERSON:
. Degree holder of any disciplines, (Mathematics/Actuarial Science with good progress in pursuing professional qualifications would be an advantage).
- Has experience in valuation, financial reporting and modelling areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- At least 3 - 4 Actuarial Exams.
- Prophet experience is a plus.
