**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyzing a category using key performance indicators to make assortment recommendations
- Building a dynamic vendor matrix across Asia
- Demonstrating sourcing expertise in complex categories to positively influence quality and sourcing decisions
- Leading negotiations with vendors
- Providing coaching and mentoring to other team members

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree holder in Business Management or Marketing
- At least 3 years of practical experience in sourcing and merchandising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, planning, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good systems skills including Excel and Access
- Self motivated, independent as well as being able to work as a team
- Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and be results driven
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Ability to travel frequently
