**Job Overview**: We are seeking expert Python developers to assist in developing high-quality training data for AI models. In this role, you will actively participate in a data labeling platform, focusing on tasks that involve writing and debugging Python code to train and improve AI systems' coding proficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Python coding tasks within a data labeling platform to create accurate training datasets for AI models.
- Debug and refine Python code snippets to ensure they meet the specific requirements of AI training exercises.
- Participate in a variety of AI data labeling tasks that require a deep understanding of Python, including generating responses and categorizing code segments.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure the consistency and relevance of Python training data.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training data on AI model performance and contribute insights for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven ability to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Python code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to work well in a remote team environment.
- Prior experience in AI data labeling or training is preferred but not required.
