As Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing products that cater to the needs of farmers, agricultural businesses, and other stakeholders in the sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze the pesticide needs of each crop and propose solutions.
- Offering market segmentation, product positioning and planning.
- Plan and supervise sales plan, import plan of related products.
- Analyze market information, competitor information & crop trends related to product development.
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing market share in managed product groups.
- Track the development of new products, new markets, and new target groups.
- Check and update the content and design of product labels. Labels must conform to regulations of the Department of Plant Protection.
- Suggest prices, sales policy, promote promotions for agents and famers.
- Report problems related to the assigned work.
- Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, and technical support when needed.
- Research, analysis and forecasting of market demand.
- Effectively control the production of goods and inventory.
- Control advertising broadcasting and image promotion activities.

**Requirements**:

- **1. Knowledge and education level**:_
- University graduate or higher, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture / Economics. Have knowledge in plant protection industry.
- **2. Skills**:_
- Use office computer, good English, teamwork, plan, have good communication and negotiation skills, collect market information.
- Abilities: Works under pressure and strict deadlines, good analyzing and evaluating, maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality with regard to company information, ability to solve problems in time.
- **3. Experience**:_ At least 05 years in the same position
