**JOB PURPOSE**
- Deploy innovation projects through a team structure that delivers a consumer relevant mix on time and within cost target
- Technical delivery of formulation aspects into the project teams
- Implementation of the global/regional Category R&D agenda in the region.
- Translate consumer/competitor/supplier insights into technically deliverable ideas where relevant.
- When acting as Functional Leader, lead R&D project team members through successful delivery of category driven agenda
- Assist R&D Formulation Deploy Manager in operational resource related tasks such as forum/meeting representation, resource allocation or budget tracking.
- Foster team working within R&D and sharing of ideas/best practice through

**EXPECTED R&D EXPERTISE CAPABILITY**

**Relevant Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong proven experience in Formulation/Packaging Development, R&D Project Deployment Business Partnering
