**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Be able to receive handover the core back-end Insurance system from vendor and master this system to set up new products as BU required.
- Deeply understanding core back-end BFF APIs to support developers enhancing existing BFF APIs or developing new BFF APIs for new products.
- Working with other project members from various business units to identify functional solutions for the objective of the project (scope: Business Requirement document, Functional Requirement study, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and support), prioritize the requirements, prepare functional specifications for system enhancement, and providing recommendations related to the proposed solution.
- Conduct solution analysis and engage through all phases of requirements translation to system changes developments. Cover the technical design changes impact assessment in the new solutions deployed.
- Obtain functional requirements via interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, used cases, scenarios analysis, etc.
- Validation of users’ input based on own knowledge to ensure all areas of systems and business processes are covered in the Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Review test case, make the SIT, support for UAT

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Insurance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Business and Functional Requirement Analysis, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) approaches, methodologies and tools.
- Development experience in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, Javascript, Apache Groovy and MySQL
- Experience with Microservices, REST APIs and Dev Ops concepts
- Experienced in project planning, impact analysis and execution of activities related to implementation of business requirements for new or existing systems
- Strong communication skills, excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in speaking and writing
