**Mô tả công việc**:

- Meeting with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
- Establishing and managing project scope
- Planning a project manager calendar and budget
- Contributing to client proposals and quotes
- Scheduling and hosting a project kickoff meeting, along with frequent check-ins
- Ensure the accuracy of the project, ensure the correct timeline with Clients, directly manage the AE team to operate the project according to the set budget.
- Assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Streamlining communication between internal team members
- Monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
- Double-checking all project deliverables for accuracy
- Sending progress updates to clients
- Delivering the final project and summary to the client
- **Project manager work with**:

- External clients
- Internal team members: Director, Account Executive team; Designer team; Digital team, Production team, Content writer
- Freelancers and outsourced help
- **Agency Project Management Best Practices**
- Set clear objectives and tasks ownership and responsibilities
- Manage expectations, from start to finish
- Look for ways to streamline communication and next steps
- Manage (avoid) scope creep

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Good at English for 4 skills.
- Actively participate in developing proposals (including ideas, structure, content, budget, etc.) to pitch services/products to clients.
- Gain a clear understanding of client needs and collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production, etc.) to build and refine proposals.
- Preference is given to those who have worked at an advertising company
- Preference will be given to those with more than 3 years of experience in one company.
- We give preference to passionate employees
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Manager position, preferably in an agency setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Experienced in planning, overall strategizing from online to offline to meet clients requirements, operating and managing to ensure that the strategy run smoothly
- Have proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively in a business setting is a plus.
