What you will do

**Coordinate Projects and Stakeholders**:

- + Manage multiple game projects from concept to live operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- + Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
- + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, timelines, and expectations.

**Asset and Documentation Management**:

- + Collect and organize all required assets, footage, and documentation.
- + Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet specifications and maintain high standards.
- + Ensure all project records are updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

**Budget and Performance Management**:

- + Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- + Regularly update and track OKRs/KPIs to reflect team performance and project milestones.
- + Proactively identify and implement opportunities for personal and team improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- + Strong organizational skills for coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
- + Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, FigJam, and Confluence.
- + Experience with Kanban project management practices, including workflow optimization.
- + Proven ability to manage budgets and track OKRs/KPIs efficiently.
- + Over 2 years experience in project management or a related role.
- + Advantage: Certified Kanban Master or expertise in implementing Kanban workflows for complex projects.
