Position Summary:
The incumbent will take charge of Supplier Quality Assurance responsibilities as assigned by direct manager and work closely with all cross-functional teams to drive for supplier development, qualification, problem solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with relevant departments (Sourcing, NPI, and etc.) for new supplier development, qualification and control, and solving material quality issues in New Product Development stage.
- Conduct periodic supplier audit in regard to product, process and quality management system (including process capability analysis, measurement system analysis etc.); closely follow up with suppliers for effectiveness of corrective actions on non-conformities found during audits to prevent quality risk to Techtronic Industries.
- Prepare Supplier Scorecard and conduct Supplier Management meeting with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, NPI, and etc.) for continuous improvement.
- Establish project-based improvement and follow up assertively for closure.
- Conduct weekly and monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of Incoming Material DPPM/Lot Acceptance Rate, audit issues, material-related issues in production and customer complaint etc.
- Follow up material quality issues found by IQC, in mass production and from customer complaint. Follow up with suppliers on 8D SCAR closure and effectiveness to prevent problem recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement on supplier's quality management system, process capability, measurement system and product reliability by providing training, coaching, continuous improvement project and program etc.
- Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications Required:

- College or above degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in plastic injection molding/motor/machining/metal stamping. Familiarity with production and quality control of plastic and mechanical parts will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience on a position of Supplier Quality or Quality Engineer. Familiar with Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Quality methods and tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D, AQL Sampling etc. Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be an advantage.
- Prefer to have reliability test experience; familiar with design for related reliability test items, conditions, failure analysis and report test status, etc.
- Able to work independently and pro-actively.
- Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with positive approach.
- Intermediate English reading, writing and speaking skills.
- PC skills required (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Experience with ERP system(e.g. SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage.

- A self-starter with a 'hands-on' approach. Eager to drive key initiatives.
- Ensure assigned task completed effectively and timely.
- Capable of developing and driving teams to achieve results.
