**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 20 triệu VNĐ)
**70% Chăm sóc khách hàng đang điều trị tại viện**
- Thực hiện liệu trình cho khách hàng theo phân công của Trợ lý quản lý trị liệu
- Chăm sóc khách hàng sau khi thực hiện xong liệu trình: gửi hướng dẫn chăm sóc tại nhà, ghi nhận và báo cáo lại các vấn đề mà khách hàng đang gặp phải
- Nhắn tin, gọi điện, đặt lịch hẹn cho khách mới và mời khách cũ quay trở lại làm dịch vụ
- Giới thiệu thêm dịch vụ cho khách

**10% Phát triển đội ngũ**
- Hỗ trợ các đồng nghiệp trong công việc tại thẩm mỹ viện
- Tham gia các khóa đào tạo kỹ năng của Công ty
- Chịu trách nhiệm học tập và làm theo các hướng dẫn đào tạo về kỹ năng từ quản lý
- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng và đào tạo, hỗ trợ quản lí kiểm soát lịch hẹn, kiểm tra tay nghề, tác phong, hiệu suất công việc và những việc căn bản hàng ngày của nhân viên

**10% Quản lý khu vực làm việc**
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ và xử lý các bộ dụng cụ dùng lại đúng quy trình
- Bảo quản máy móc/thiết bị tại thẩm mỹ viện theo hướng dẫn

**10% Làm những công việc khác theo yêu cầu của người quản lý và Công ty**

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp ngành điều dưỡng trở lên
- Có chứng chỉ hành nghề Y tá/Điều dưỡng
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm trong ngành thẩm mỹ/làm đẹp ít nhất 3 năm
- Nhanh nhẹn, hòa đồng
