1️⃣ Job Description
- Customs declaration and preparation of documents for import and export procedures of all kinds of goods at the request of customers.
- Implement plans, handle arising situations to ensure goods are shipped and delivered on schedule.
- Advising customers on import and export procedures
- Input Information of each shipment on FWD system as well as customer's system
- Co-operate with other related Dept(BD Dept, Forwading Dept, Accounting Dept, Logistics Dept) to handle well job
- Take good care of current customer, attend customer's inquiries
- Do other tasks requested by Manager

Mô tả công việc
- Khai báo hải quan và chuẩn bị hồ sơ thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu các loại hàng hóa theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Làm thủ tục xin giấy phép xuất nhập khẩu, xin các mẫu C / O theo yêu cầu hàng hóa.
- Thực hiện các phương án, xử lý các tình huống phát sinh để đảm bảo hàng hóa được vận chuyển và giao hàng đúng tiến độ.
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng các thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu
- Nhập dữ liệu lên phần mềm
- Làm việc với các phòng ban khác để xử lý công việc một cách hiệu quả
- Đảm bảo, duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các khách hàng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng phòng.

2️⃣ Job Requirements
- English
- 22-30 years old
- Experience in Customs at least 3 years
- University degree in related discipline
- Proficient in using VNACCS
- Understand the legal regulations on customs declaration, import and export permits
- Agile, able to work under pressure
- Passion and want to stick with the import-export profession for a long time
- Excellent use of Excel

Yêu cầu công việc

- 22-30 tuổi
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Hải quan ít nhất từ 3 năm
- Bằng đại học chuyên ngành liên quan
- Sử dụng thành thạo VNACCS, Excel
- Am hiểu các quy định pháp luật về khai báo hải quan, giấy phép xuất nhập khẩu
- Nhanh nhẹn, chịu được áp lực công việc
- Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực vận tải quốc tế, xuất nhập khẩu
- Đam mê và muốn gắn bó lâu dài với nghề xuất nhập khẩu
