Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update daily cash and bank transaction reports.
- Record and process VND and USD payments via various banks
- Record and reconcile accounts receivable (AR), coordinate with the Sale team for AR confirmation.
- Issue VAT invoices in accordance with business transactions.
- Register personal income tax codes (PIT) for employees.
- Register and update dependent deduction information for PIT.
- Support other accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor or Division Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in payment or receivables)
- Skills/personal qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably SAP S/4 Hana Cloud).
- Basic English communication skills (Reading, writing skills).
- Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and in teams.
- Education and Certifications: College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
