We are an online tutoring company in Korea providing 1:1 English classes for **adult**learners. We are looking for a dedicated North American English Speaker/ESL Teachers **(US or Canada)** to join our team.

**Position Details**

Class Type: _**1:1 online classes**_ with _**adult**_ learners

Schedule: _**Fixed**_ weekly schedule (freelance basis)

**Payment**
- **Hourly Rate**: USD14-16/hr (depending on monthly performance incentives)
- Monthly incentives are based on punctuality and completing a short class report after each lesson.
- Details of our incentive system will be explained during the interview._

**Requirements**:

- North American English Speaker (**US or Canada**)
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience with adult learners preferred
- Must be punctual and reliable

**Hiring Process**

1. Interview (up to 30 minutes)

2. 20-minute _**unpaid**_demo lesson
