- Promotional Program Development:

- Develop and propose monthly and quarterly promotional programs tailored to the MT channel.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in the MT channel.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and brand presence in MT
- Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Provide sales teams with necessary marketing materials and support to achieve targets.
- POSM Management:

- Oversee the creation and distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Ensure POSM materials are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Budget Management:

- Manage trade marketing budgets for the MT channel, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the performance of trade marketing activities against budget.
- Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Act as a point of contact for trade marketing inquiries and issues within the MT channel.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of trade marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
