**GIỚI THIỆU VỊ TRÍ**:
5P Agency đang tìm kiếm một **Social Content Creator** trẻ trung, năng động, có gương mặt sáng và tự tin trước ống kính. Bạn sẽ tham gia sáng tạo nội dung, trực tiếp xuất hiện trong các clip ngắn, đồng thời sản xuất những video hấp dẫn, bắt trend cho nhiều thương hiệu khác nhau.

**NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH**:

- Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản và trực tiếp tham gia quay video ngắn (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Xuất hiện trước ống kính với phong thái tự tin, năng động, phù hợp với đa dạng ngành hàng.
- Dựng video cơ bản (CapCut, Premiere, hoặc các công cụ tương tự), đảm bảo sản phẩm thu hút, bắt trend.
- Sáng tạo nội dung đa dạng: caption, meme, mini-script, storytelling,...
- Theo dõi xu hướng trên mạng xã hội và ứng dụng linh hoạt vào content.
- Phối hợp cùng team account, media, designer để triển khai các chiến dịch truyền thông.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, gương mặt sáng, tự tin trước ống kính.
- Có khả năng sáng tạo nội dung, bắt trend nhanh, phong cách trẻ trung.
- Thành thạo hoặc nắm vững cơ bản về quay - dựng video clip (CapCut, AI tools,...).
- Am hiểu các nền tảng mạng xã hội (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Năng động, cầu tiến, nhạy bén
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực content/creator/influencer.
