**Job description**:

- Understanding the contents of specifications/design documents created by Japanese designers/Translate and give instructions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Understand the content of questions/consultations from Japanese designers and answer in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Timely and accurate information such as the progress of engineering projects to the Japanese head office report of.
- Review of source code and unit test items, implementation of acceptance test, quality confirmation.
- Bridging business between Japan and Japan by smoothly proceeding with meetings in Japanese with the management team and development managers at the head office in Japan and effectively managing contracted tasks within the branch office.

**Job requirements**:

- _Language:_

- _Mandatory experience:_
- Experience as PM in system development work (3 years)
- Deep practical knowledge in the web IT field Development and practical experience using the following *No matter how many years
- _Ability to do at least one front-end and one back-end each of the following:_
- Front end Nuxt3, TypeScript, Sass, HTML.
- Backend: Ruby, Python, Node.js, PHP.
- Framework: Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, CakePHP Laravel, Express.
- _Preferred Skills:_
- Management experience in Japanese multinational companies, especially in Japanese corporate culture.
- Work experience with offshore.
- English business conversation level.
