- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver user-friendly and scalable features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve overall code quality.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues reported by QA or users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:

- 2+ years of experience in mobile development, working with Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of Dart language and Flutter SDK.
- Experience building and publishing apps to App Store and Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with state management solutions.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with designers.
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Push Notification) or similar backend integrations.
- Solid understanding of Git/GitFlow, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and handling offline-first scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features/modules.
