**What We Can Offer**:
Inspects and determines the quality of incoming raw materials.

Audits the various plant manufacturing processes to internal specifications. Identifies nonconformance and assists with root cause analysis and corrective action.

Communicates and documents quality observations and resolutions.

Uses proper measurement techniques and follows established testing procedures to determine finished product conformance to specifications.

Works with the manufacturing team to optimize plant processes. Presents and trains staff on quality procedures. Works with TP Quality Manager and sales team on process improvements, new product development, and customer feedback issues.

Travels to interface with customers and to other TP Manufacturing facilities when needed.

Assists with third-party audits, testing and calibration.

Acts as back-up to the supervisor in Medford Plywood as needed.

Completes assigned projects.

Performs data entry and maintains filing systems.

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance or in wood products manufacturing; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Must have the ability to interact with others in a professional manner to address and resolve qualify issues and present information.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able and willing to advance to higher levels of responsibility
