**Work location: FPT Tower, Hanoi**
- This position is a part of the Global Brand Communications team at FPT Software

Reporting to the Public Relations Manager, you will design and execute PR plans and strategies that contribute to strengthening FPT Software’s brand position in the global market.
- Working in a cross-functional and international team that includes Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Growth Marketing, etc., to position FPT Software as a global IT and digital transformation services provider.

**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:

- Plan and execute social media strategies that contribute to enhancing the company’s thought leadership position and awareness of its products and services.
- Deliver sharp and impactful communications assets such as press releases, corporate news, executive speeches, sponsored articles, videos, and newsletters, etc. that are appealing to media and public audiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with international press outlets and journalists.
- Collaborate with and manage external partners to drive coverage across different communications platforms.
- Develop plans for ad-hoc projects and deliver results in a short time while maintaining an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Work with public affairs team to provide communications support for strategic partnership(s) with governmental organisations.
- Pre-empt potential issues and flag concerns, as well as support with crisis management activities to mitigate risks and protect corporate reputation.

**Requirements/ Desired skills and experience**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 02 years of work experience in public relations/marketing, preferably in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Fluent in English with excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to multi-task and partner with cross-functional teams
- Having a strong interest in storytelling, media, public relations, and knowledge about technology megatrends is a plus.
