Send MD to project team - Gửi data đã tổng hợp theo template mới cho team dự án để upload lên hệ thống mới. - Theo dõi tiến độ cho đến khi data được upload hoàn tất lên hệ thống. Back check Master Data project import - Kiểm tra data sau khi đã upload lên hệ thống. Phối hợp với các bộ phận để khắc phục lỗi (nếu có) Template for master data & cutover - Xây dựng template để chuyển data từ hệ thông cũ sang hệ thống mới - Xây dựng template để quá trình chuyển đổi dữ liệu được nhanh chóng, chỉnh xác, hiệu quả. Import Data TPM New DMS - > New DMS UAT - Định kỳ hàng tuần, cài chương trình khuyến mãi bằng tay từ team Marketing - Chuyển data ngược lại môi trường test để phục vụ việc lấy data training lại cho người dùng. **YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC** - Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế hoặc CNTT. - Có hiểu biết về hệ thống bán hàng DMS - 02+ năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến triển khai/ vận hành hệ thống DMS - 01+ năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến chuyển đổi hệ thống DMS (Migration) - Có kinh nghiệm xử lý dữ liệu, hỗ trợ điều phối cut-over làm việc với nhiều team khác nhau - Thành thạo kỹ năng excel nâng cao (Vlookup, PivoTable, Analyze data,); có khả năng code VBA cơ bản - Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chịu được áp lực cao. - Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và quản lý thời gian tốt - Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản (nói và viết) Ability to commute/relocate: - Ho Chi Minh City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
