【Job Summary】
- Responsible for work as an Import-Export Staff

【Job description】(details)
1. Import:

- Place orders (receive and send purchase orders as requested by the sales team).
- Check documents: Invoice (IV), Packing List (PL), Bill of Lading (BL), Sales Contract (S.C), Certificate of Origin (CO), etc.
- Carry out import procedures.
- Send shipment-related information to relevant departments.
- Receive goods and monitor the shipment until completion.
- Check debit notes and import-export department costs.
- Submit regular reports by month and by shipment.

2. Export:

- Receive information from superiors and related departments.
- Contact logistics companies to book shipments.
- Prepare CO, IV, PL, BL, S.C, etc.
- Monitor the shipment until completion.

3. Others:

- Handle cosmetic product declaration procedures.
- Handle self-declaration for food products.
- Check import procedures for new products upon request.
- Submit annual reports to the Ministry of Health (MOH), Department of Health, and relevant agencies.
- Handle import and export of shipments as assigned by superiors.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.

- Graduate from College in related majors
- At least 2 years of experience working in an import-export staff position at a trading company
- Experience with product declarations for cosmetics and food.
- Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
- Proficient in using office software and import-export support software
- Understanding Vietnam's export & import and trade laws
