**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor real time performance for each LOB, including but not limited to: attendance, timekeeping compliance, staffing attainment and staffing requirements
- Prepare various reports on staff attendance and performance for timekeeping and client billing
- Communicate with operations teams regarding missing headcount and issues with timekeeping compliance
- Maintain report on attendance, coverage anomalies, and any real time incidents
- Provide administrative support for WFM and Timekeeping systems, including password changes and user ID updates
- Provide analytical support for special projects, including ad hoc reports as needed
- Communicate and work with staff members, management, Human Resources, and Accounting

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in a previous service center or similar role
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong analytical skills, able to spot trends and insights from data analysis
- 1 year of experience generating reports in MS Excel using pivot tables, V-look ups, etc.
- Strong problem solving skills, detail-focused, attention to detail, organized
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
