**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**POSITION PURPOSE**
- Ensure millworks products meet technical standards and customer requirements
- Implement comprehensive quality control from raw materials to finished products
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance project quality standards
- Supervise quality inspection processes at factories, suppliers, and construction sites

**SCOPE OF WORK / RESPONSIBLITIES**
**1. Millworks Product Quality Control (40%)**
- Conduct quality inspections of interior and exterior doors, including imported products
- Inspect structure, materials, finishing, connections according to technical standards
- Evaluate quality of various materials: solid wood, industrial wood, veneer, metal with different finishing types, leather, marble, glass, and combination materials

**2. Execute Quality Inspection Types (30%)**
- Perform inline quality checks during production process
- Conduct final quality checks at factory level
- Execute onsite quality inspections at construction sites
- Perform final project quality acceptance checks

**3. Coordination and Quality Supervision (20%)**
- Work with factories and suppliers to ensure quality standards compliance
- Coordinate with relevant departments in establishing project quality standards
- Monitor and assess quality at production facilities and construction sites

**4. Reporting and Process Improvement (10%)**
- Prepare periodic quality inspection reports
- Propose quality control process improvement measures
- Develop and update quality inspection standards for millworks

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

**Knowledge (educational background, degree, certificate)**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Understanding of construction materials, especially wood, metal, stone, and glass
- Quality management certifications (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Training courses in millworks and high-end interior products

**Relevant experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control field
- Experience working with wood products, furniture, millworks
- Experience working at manufacturing facilities or high-end interior construction companies
- Experience in project management and coordination with international suppliers

**Skills**
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to use specialized software (AutoCAD, quality inspection software)
- Presentation and reporting skills
