MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Ensure every customer is resolved to the standard of professional perfection and efficiency.
Greet customers with courtesy when possible.
Provides information on facilities, services and special events available: promotions, gratitude..
Create internal and external customer relationships by showing fast and courteous service.
FINANCE
Control and be responsible for handling transactions at the reception desk.
Supervise and control the inventory of supplies and support Spa Managers to order products on a regular and timely basis
MANAGEMENT
Answer all phone calls and questions quickly and professionally.
Record and transfer messages if the contact person is not present.
Handle changes in the Spa as directed by the management.
ADMINISTRATION
Perform administrative tasks related to the reception, encourage the search for improvement measures to improve work efficiency.
Know and adhere to hotel policies regarding fire prevention, hygiene, safety and health.
Other tasks assigned by management
REPORTING AND SALES
Ensure departmental and exchange correspondence reports are completed on time and accurately.
Actively implement promotions and promote sales of services and products
