**Mô tả công việc**:

Draphony chuyên thực hiện các dự án về web và mobile cho khách hàng Đức và thị trường Châu Âu. Hiện tại, chúng tôi tìm kiếm Senior/Middle Developer tiềm năng để đồng hành cùng quá trình phát triển và mở rộng dự án.
- Tham gia phát triển các dự án Web và Mobile của công ty, sử dụng công nghệ MERN-Stack.
- Xây dựng và tối ưu các tính năng, đảm bảo hiệu suất và trải nghiệm người dùng trên cả nền tảng Web và Mobile trong dự án công ty và theo yêu cầu khách hàng.
- Tham gia xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ lập trình viên (Dev team), hỗ trợ tuyển dụng nhân sự phù hợp.
- Báo cáo tiến độ và các vấn đề phát sinh cho cấp trên, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến sản phẩm.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Home Office: Lên đến 25% (sau 2 năm làm việc).
- Speed-up: Review lương thường xuyên. Không có month at level.
- Monthly Retrospective: Review công việc hàng tháng.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Bắt buộc:

- Thành thạo MERN-Stack.
- Kinh nghiệm với CI/CD, Firebase, Socket.io, k8s, DevOps.
- Nắm vững Microservices, Redis, Message Queues, Kafka (Pub/Sub).
- Có kinh nghiệm với Web Scraping & xử lý dữ liệu.
- Giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng bằng tiếng Anh, trình độ từ B2/700 TOEIC/6.5 IELTS trở lên.

Ưu tiên:

- Biết Pyspark, AI, Data Lake Management.
- Có kinh nghiệm Google Play Console và App Store Connect.
- Kinh nghiệm với React Native hoặc Flutter/Dart.

Kinh nghiệm:

- Tối thiểu 3 năm cho Mid-level.
- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách hàng Châu Âu (Đức, Thụy Sĩ, ).
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm.
