1. Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including commercial agreements, service contracts, purchase-lease agreements, investment cooperation contracts, international contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide internal legal consultation to relevant departments on regulations related to business operations, compliance, labor, commerce, data protection, finance, and asset management.
- Assess legal risks in transactions, projects, and internal policies; propose solutions to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Support legal matters in foreign markets: research local regulations, coordinate with international law firms/partners, and participate in cross-border transactions.
- Liaise with government authorities, external legal advisors, and law firms when required.
- Develop, update, and standardize internal legal procedures; communicate and train relevant teams on legal policies and compliance requirements.
- Participate in handling customer claims, disputes, and contract breaches.
- Maintain and manage legal documents and corporate records in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal or legal practice at a law firm.
- Preferred: experience working with foreign markets, international clients, or cross-border transactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; professional certificates or international legal training is a plus.
- Strong legal reasoning, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and external legal partners.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and communicating with international counterparts).
