**Responsibilities**:

- Buying goods, prepare relevant necessary to ensure safety stock
- Managing procurement timelines and accurate deliveries.
- Work closely with relevant departments (Supply, Ops, Category, Finance,..) to ensure buying smoothly
- Weekly checking sales forecast, current stock, planned orders and place P/O to Suppliers
- Send payment request to Finance and update payment tracking to ensure the right Purchase
- Weekly collect all original documents and send (e.g: P/O, invoice,..) to head office in Ho Chi Minh City
- Daily check stock and alert relevant departments (Sales, Supply, CM) slow-high stock value
- Keeping a close relationship with trusted suppliers and distributors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Colleagues/University graduated
