JJL Partners is seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our team. You will play a vital role in connecting clients with service providers, resolving issues, and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect clients with suitable service providers.
- Act as the primary contact point for service issues, complaints, major changes, and plan reviews.
- Promote services to new clients.
- Manage client budget information, support plan reviews, assess goal achievements, and set new goals.
- Perform administrative tasks: prepare monthly reports, draft service agreements, complete service bookings, etc.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve KPIs and report directly to team leaders and managers.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Prior experience in Customer Service within international companies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt communication style and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Team-oriented, friendly, accurate, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and innovative in approaching tasks.
