- Check day to day receipts: quantity, price, total amount, discounts for V.I.P, discounts in promotion event, using voucher, coupon, internal selling. Check customer signature on receipt, sales slip, tax refund invoices, VAT invoices.

Kiểm tra hóa đơn hàng ngày: số lượng, giá bán, thành tiền, giảm giá cho khách VIP, giảm giá trong các chương trình khuyến mãi, sử dụng voucher, coupon, mua hàng nội bộ, chữ ký khách hàng trên hóa đơn, biên lai, hóa đơn hoàn thuế, hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng.
- Perform the reconciliation between payment status of customer (bank transfer, credit, cash) and bank statements, cash on delivery across the stores.

Đối chiếu tình hình thanh tóan của khách hàng (chuyển khoản, thẻ tín dụng, tiền mặt) với sổ phụ ngân hàng, các khoản thu hộ giữa các cửa hàng.
- Follow and handle client debt and deposits for prepayments.

Theo dõi các khoản đặt cọc và sử dụng khoản đặt cọc của từng khách hàng, khoản nợ của khách hàng.
- Reconcile revenue, rent expenses, discounts, CODs with the shopping malls.

Đối chiếu doanh thu, chi phí thuê, khuyến mãi và các khoản thu hộ với các TTTM.
- Produce monthly revenue statements.

Làm báo cáo doanh thu hàng tháng.
- Record revenue into accounting software, issue an invoice for customer.

Nhập doanh thu lên phần mềm kế tóan, xuất hóa đơn gửi cho khách hàng.
- Check VAT Data on account 3331.

Kiểm tra số liệu thuế GTGT trên tài khỏan 3331.
- Support stores in product exchange, invoice mistakes, money refund,

Hỗ trợ cửa hàng xử lý đổi trả hàng, sai sót hóa đơn, hoàn tiền,
- Check HTK monthly/ quarterly or by company request.

Kiểm kê HTK ngẫu nhiên hàng tháng và định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu của công ty.
