**About the role**:
As a Site Reliability Engineer within the System Services department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's cutting-edge software. Collaborating with a team of skilled and supportive engineers, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and automating the IT Infrastructure estate. Your expertise will ensure high availability of systems through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute software releases and configurations according to established methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in monitoring technologies like Grafana, PagerDuty, and the ELK stack, with familiarity in Azure DevOps.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and deliver effective presentations.
- Provide technical and product support to our client's key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation for team processes and supported products.
- Analyse and interpret logged incidents with a keen technical awareness.
- Provide prompt and professional solutions to customer queries and concerns.
- Contribute to product and team enhancement through collaboration and innovation.
- Prioritise automation in tasks wherever feasible.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in cloud technologies.

**Get this opportunity if you have**:

- Possess experience in IT and DevOps environments, utilizing Microsoft and other leading technologies.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Demonstrate skills and experience in DevOps pipelines, infrastructure management, and configuration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, YAML, or equivalent.
- Display expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud platforms.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
