Mô tả công việc
- Phối hợp với Technical Director thiết kế khung kiến trúc cho các dự án game của công ty
- Đưa ra tiêu chuẩn, chỉ dẫn lập trình cho các thành viên trong team
- Kiểm tra, chỉnh sửa mã nguồn của các thành viên trong team
- Xây dựng các Tool, thư viện dùng chung cho các dự án
- Tối ưu hóa các bản build để đạt được dung lượng nhỏ nhất và performance tốt nhất
Yêu cầu
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình Unity3D
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Leader
- Có ít nhất 2 game đã phát hành độc lập hoặc ở vị trí Leader
- Có nhiều kinh nghiệm viết Tool và Editor cho Unity3D
- Có nhiều kinh nghiệm về tối ưu hóa resource cho game
- Hiểu sâu về lập trình OOP và Design Pattern
- Có thể làm việc OT liên tục và chịu được áp lực công việc
- Có kĩ năng tổ chức, giao tiếp và báo cáo tiến độ
- Giỏi một môn thể thao hoặc trò chơi điện tử là một lợi thế
