B. RESPONSIBILITY

B1. Main responsibility
- Legal guarantee for the company's records and documents.
- Contract drafting/appraisal.
- Legal advice for internal/external clients.
- Prepare dossiers, submit and work with competent state agencies and other units.
- Team management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Department.

B2. Main tasks
- Manage the group, ensure the progress of the assigned group work.
- Draft contracts, give legal opinions and appraise draft contracts.
- Update, review and disseminate newly issued legal documents that directly affect production, business and investment activities of the Company.
- Internal legal advice.
- And other jobs to provide legal services to clients.
- Manage, store and monitor the company's document system and legal documents.
- Create and maintain relationships with competent state agencies; make reports to state agencies periodically or upon request.
- Other jobs under the direction of the direct manager.

C. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

C1. Degree/Certificate Requirements

1 Academic level University

2 Major Law

3 English Fluently

4 Computer Proficient in the use of office software

C2. Required Experience/Knowledge
- Bachelor of Laws.

1 Expertise
- Understanding the field of operation of the company.
- At least 05 year of experience in law

2 Experience
- Ensure confidentiality of work information.

C3. Requirements for qualities, personality/skills, abilities
- Communication skills, problem solving.
- Good arrangement, organization and planning skills.
