Job Overview and Responsibilities:
SIPHER is an immersive Action RPG featuring a PvE Co-op Dungeon and PvP Battle Arena mode, designed to cater to both casual and competitive players. Our game is intuitive to pick up yet offers deep mastery challenges. We are an international team with diverse backgrounds, including members from Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and beyond.
- We are a rapidly growing team of 160 members, infused with youthful energy and a shared passion for gaming and captivating storytelling through games and movies.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee out-of-home marketing initiatives such as billboard advertisements, transit ads, cinema promotions, and more.
- Organize and manage our presence at gaming conventions, trade shows, and events to amplify game promotion.
- Harness earned media through strategic press releases, influencer collaborations, and partnerships to drive buzz and visibility.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and player preferences to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize campaign impact.
- Collaborate closely with game developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and game vision.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of management-level experience in mobile and game industry marketing.
- Proven success in crafting and executing impactful out-of-home marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in mobile marketing campaign management.
- Experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies covering Organic/Product Marketing, Social Media, and PR.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and its diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and adapting strategies based on insights.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret and present insights.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience within the RPG genre.
- Background working in major studios like Blizzard Entertainment, Riot Games, Square Enix, or similar-sized companies.
- Genuine passion for gaming, particularly in MMORPG and online gaming communities.
