**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design expressive characters that embody the fun, high-energy spirit of our mobile game.
- Develop dynamic poses, exaggerated facial expressions, and bold silhouettes to make characters instantly recognizable and engaging.
- Create costume variations that reflect different game themes, in-game events, and player customization options.
- Craft stylized, vibrant environments, props, and UI elements that blend seamlessly with character designs.
- Develop stylized, vibrant, and energetic visual concepts for environments, characters, props, and UI elements.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and exploratory designs to establish the visual language of Tetris.
- Design dynamic, colorful worlds that elevate the gameplay experience.
- Think beyond traditional Tetris - explore ways to integrate fresh visual storytelling into the game.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and game designers to ensure a cohesive artistic vision.
- Iterate quickly - work in Photoshop or Procreate to refine ideas based on feedback.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to speed up concept iterations and enhance design exploration.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in mobile games.
- Good command of English - both writtenspoken.
- Strong skills in character design, facial expressions, and dynamic posing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Procreate, or similar tools.
- Understanding of game pipelines and translating 2D art into 3D.
- Ability to iterate quickly and take feedback.
