As **Merchandiser**, you will be responsible for - Plan and deliver visual concepts/ themes to create an eye-catching tone/ mood to promote brand store by using artistic skill or visual discovery engine like freepik, pinterest. - Analyzing big campaign merchandising performance to enhance clients’ store performance and align with internal stakeholder : KAM / GD / CS Create merchandising plan strategy for client in big campaign E-store Content Operation & Management : Content score monitor, Content operation execution & optimization E-Campaign audit & tracking - ettention to detail, consistently following brand value and identity on all design materials CRM execution & user driven to create extra-mile service support for GMV run-rate Build strong relationships with the client and platform and able to give consultation for clients in terms of content and merchandising strategy Ensure all account/store KPI **Who we look for - the ideal profile**: - Having experience in Campaign Marketing/ Promotion/ Online Marketing for e-commerce. - Ability to manage multiple projects and change priorities effectively. - Flexible & collaborative attitude, excited about a fast-paced start-up environment. - Used to work with data and numbers - Have an experience in campaign management & campaign creatives English is must **What we offer**: - Excellent and competitive compensation package - Professional and open international working environment - culturally integrating the best of all cultures to take the best of each and ensure we build an energetic, commercial, and fun working atmosphere. - You are one of the pioneers of a new and cutting edge Intrepid product underpinned by strong tech.
