**Job description**:

- Collaborate with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to verify software functionality, usability, and performance against established requirements.
- Conduct thorough manual testing, leveraging various testing tools and methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box, regression testing).
- Create well-defined and comprehensive test cases to thoroughly cover all aspects of the software.
- Understanding of ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualification Board) principles and best practices.
- Analyze and evaluate software requirements and design documents to identify potential issues early in the development process.
- Estimate testing effort based on project complexity and scope.
- Report defects effectively using a bug tracking system, ensuring clear and actionable information for developers.
- Participate in code reviews to suggest improvements and identify potential bugs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely defect resolution and project success.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies (functional, non-functional, regression testing).
- Experience working with bug tracking systems and other testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Japanese ~N4
