The Data Engineer is a crucial role, responsible for collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, product management teams, designers, data scientists and fellow engineers to establish and implement best data engineering practices. **IN DETAIL, YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE**
- Efficiently design, develop, and maintain efficient data collection methods aiming to scalable data pipelines and efficient data architectures;
- Seamlessly build and optimize data ingestion processes to handle structured and unstructured data;
- Proactively collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to implement innovative data solutions that support AI and machine learning models;
- Continuously ensure impeccable data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
- Timely monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure optimal performance and exceptional reliability;
- Diligently develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, systems, and standards;
- Rigorously implement stringent data governance and compliance measures to meet regulatory requirements;
- Constantly evaluate and improve cutting-edge data engineering tools and technologies.

**Your skills and experience**:
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB**
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role in at least 3 years;
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL);
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala;
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services;
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake);
- Knowledge of data modeling, data structures, and algorithms;
- Strong passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices;
- Good communication, with the ability to understand business requirements and comfortably discuss ideas;
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment and agile project setting;
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery;
