Job Responsibilities
Inbound Travel Sales (B2B & B2C)
- Consult and sell tailor-made travel packages to international travelers and agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global travel partners, agents, and direct clients.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, pricing, and proposals to match customer preferences.
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to optimize sales performance.
Tour Operations & Customer Service
- Coordinate with hotels, transport, guides, and service providers to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Manage last-minute changes, special requests, and emergency support for travelers.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and travel stakeholders.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- 2+ years of experience in inbound travel sales, tour operations, or related fields in Vietnam & Southeast Asia.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for travel and customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Experience working with international markets (North America, UK, Australia, NZ, and Asia) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
Location: Booking Office, 165B Phung Hung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Weekends off, but customer follow-ups required)
**Salary**: 15M - 20M VND/month (or more based on performance) + Bonus & Commissions
