**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT OF BUSINESS APPLICATION AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS**
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems. Develop and recommend strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Define corporate and global system integration requirements and solutions.
- Compile user manual for user training.
- Compile and gather the documents to meet the requirements of IT SOX audit.

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS**
- Develop a thorough knowledge of manufacturing system requirements and business processes.
- Participate and lead in the evaluation and selection of manufacturing and supplemental software solutions.
- Promote and lead business process change according to best practices.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Develop and manage project plans to effectively implement information technology solutions, Communicate the Scope, Goals, Deliverables, and significant milestones.
- Determine and direct resources needs to complete the project.
- Meet project schedules/milestones. Complete project deliverables according to department standards.

**USER AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT**
- Support or response is provided on a timely basis.
- Recommend, understand, and adhere to department policies and procedures.
- Update help desk documentation following resolution of problems.
- Frequent communication to user/help desk as to the current status of problems/issues

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Educational Background**
- Bachelor Degree in Information Science or related field.

**Working Experience**

**Special Abilities**
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process using ERP Business solutions (e.g... Epicor, ORACLE, SAP).
- Ability to manage business requirements based on methodology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with end-users and management. Have good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Familiar with current databases technology including the ability to analyse programs and use utilities tools based on SQL, Oracle,.
- Familiar with several computer operating. systems, relational databases and report writing tools including MS SQL, Crystal Report, MS SSRS, Power BI.
- Open to domestic and international travel
