**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Role**

The software tester will work with our development team and be responsible for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and documenting software defects. This role is an integral part of our product development team and will work to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products developed internally.
- Report and document software defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are identified and fixed in a timely manner and to ensure that all product features are tested and functioning correctly.
- Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure that all code changes are thoroughly tested.
- Participate in the software release process, ensuring that all software is thoroughly tested before release.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression testing.
- Develop and maintain testing metrics to help track the progress of software development.
- Plan and execute stress testing activities of software drivers for industrial devices
- Assist in troubleshooting issues faced by our engineers and customers on-site.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing in a robotics company or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including knowledge of manual and automated testing methods, black-box and white-box testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Some knowledge of software development and testing tools such as Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and TestRail.
- Some experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python or bash.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with robotics or industrial devices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following agile scrum methodology.
