- The Club Millésime Attendant will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She will be a main actor in the Check-in and Check-out process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of their request.
- Ensure to provide high level of guest services at the Lounge, support other Club Millésime Attendants and give help if need.
- Keep at any time a perfect grooming (uniform, name tag, make up -for lady, tidy hair ).
- Act quickly and efficiently, following the instructions received by her/his Supervisor.
- Ensure that her section is perfectly tidy at any time, that the accessories & stationary used for the operations are refill as often as required and that the circuits of operations are followed strictly.
- Ensure that all Check-in and Check-out are made in line with the standards established. She will be especially attentive on the audit, immigration & guest history issues, ensure that the operations handled by her own are fully completed and correct.
