The Financial Controller is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. A Financial Controller may also be responsible for financial reporting to management and the board of directors, as well as compliance with government regulations.

**1. Diploma - Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or equivalent level
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions, or auditor.

**2. Competences**
- Flexible, intuitive, insightful and willing to dig into any function
- Be understanding of interdependency of cost drivers, price breakdown, financial statement.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with a customer service mindset
- Data integrity and exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Strong Excel/MS Office skills
- Multi-task management
- Proficient in English, French is a plus

**3. Responsibilities**
- Analyze periodical reporting on variances of financial statements between Budget and Real.
- Prepare Group reports.
- Review and establish cash plan following needs.
- Track and report key performance metrics, sales channels
- Review performance based on KPI delivered to related persons.
- Identify saving opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective systems and cost controls are in place within the operations.
- Remain accurately aware of market trends that could impact resource cost/ margin.
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways short and long term.
- Assist on building internal reporting in ERP.
