**Employer branding (50%)**:

- Responsible for developing, managing and implementing the employer branding cross channels (recruitment website, job event, career fair, social media,)
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and HR team to ensure that the employer branding consistently and effectively represent both internally and externally.
- Analyze company’s key performance indicators to identify strength and areas to improve employer branding of company.

**Internal Communication (50%)**:

- Develop and execute the timely internal communication activities and events to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture.
- Work with BOD/Manager to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent and align with the company’s goals and core values.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
- Assist with crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date.

- At least 2 years of experience with employer branding/ internal communication or corporate communication.
- Good at project management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work under high pressure and strong in teamwork skill.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
