**I. POSITION OVERVIEW**

The role is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Safety functions for all cable systems at the Sun World Park/s within the scope of responsibility.

This role is responsible for developing the Maintenance Plan and for ensuring the proper implementation the Sun World Maintenance program within the Park/s and ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspection and maintenance tasks in addition to reactive maintenance tasks across the Park/s are carried out according to Manufacturer requirements and SWG standards.

**II. RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the Maintenance Plan in accordance with Manufacturer guidelines, international and internal standards;
- Develop SOPs, Checklists, Tool and Equipment lists, PPE requirements and provide training to Technical Employees to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks in accordance with relevant requirements and standards;
- Checking the quality, efficiency and standard of maintenance work being carried out in the Park/s to ensure compliance with Manufacturer requirements and relevant standards / regulations;
- Ensure all work is properly recorded and documented. Tracking, recording and following daily maintenance tasks and inspections according to relevant standards;
- Liaise with equipment manufacturer for spare parts, troubleshooting, fault resolution, servicing requirements, special project works/annual maintenance and coordinate plans with the Park/s;
- Works closely with other departments to improve efficiency and safety.
- Reviews and comments on new designs and construction.
- Makes onsite inspection on new facilities and construction sites.
- Ensures a proper handover of equipment and facilities from project team
- Review annual budget with SWG Maintenance Director, and in consultation with the Sun World Park/s GM;
- Overview and manage high voltage system, fire fighting systems according to Vietnamese regulations/laws.
- Analyse failures and improve downtime performance;
**Staff Team Support and Improvement**
- Facilitating onboarding training and developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively and in accordance with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements and SOPs;
- Role modelling, assessing, coaching and guiding Department Managers and other Team Members.
- Assist key personnel in achievement of tasks;
- Attend and participate in all operational meetings and report on financial results and operational procedures and outcomes. Discuss all meeting decisions and outcomes to the team.

**Complete other duties requested by management.**

**III. REQUIREMENTS**
- Demonstrated expertise in a similar role as Manager/Director in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities;
- Hands-on experience working with Cable Cars, and willingness to be hands-on, working directly on site to direct and supervise the work being carried out by Technicians;
- University level mechanical, civil or electrical engineering qualification;
- **Minimum 5 year experience**in a similar position in an international tourist attraction;
- Is Familiar with relevant standards (EN 1069, EN15288 etc.);
- Experience with budgeting and cost analysis;
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and CAD;
- Stays updated on new technologies;
- Understands manufacturer manuals and drawings;
- Ability to respond to new initiatives, changing conditions and shifting priorities;
- Ability to train and coach staff, lead and motivate others to achieve results;
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs, checklists, according to Manufacturer Manuals and industry best-practice;
- Excellent leadership, self-management, organisational and decision making skills;
- Commitment towards great customer service.
