**Job description**:

- Lead the development of both the React Native mobile app and React-based admin portal.
- Work directly with Australian, EU client to clarify requirements.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure APIs are optimised for mobile and web consumption.
- Work in a team environment with shared code; disciplined use of source code control and process documentation.
- Solve technical problems, support teammates to solve problems

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in React Native for mobile app development.
- Proficiency in Redux for state management in complex front-end architectures.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and architecture, capable of contributing to backend development when necessary.
- Experience with Unit Test and Intergration Test.
- Experience with GIT for version control, adept in branching, merging, and handling pull requests.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team across different time zones.
- Nice to have Native platform knowledge (iOS or Android) or used to write native modules for react app
- MUST be good at English communication
