**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 15 triệu VNĐ)
- Lập kế hoạch, triển khai chiến dịch quảng cáo trên nền tảng Facebook cho các nhãn hàng của Home Care.
- Đề xuất ý tưởng content bán hàng và truyền thông phù hợp từng giai đoạn chiến dịch.
- Theo dõi, đo lường, phân tích số liệu để đánh giá hiệu quả chiến dịch và đưa ra đề xuất cải thiện.
- Cập nhật xu hướng Digital Marketing, đặc biệt là các thay đổi trong nền tảng Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có tối thiểu** 01 năm kinh nghiệm** trực tiếp triển khai và tối ưu Facebook Ads (ưu tiên ngành FMCG, mẹ & bé, mỹ phẩm, tiêu dùng nhanh).
- Hiểu rõ quy trình xây dựng phễu quảng cáo, có khả năng phân tích insight và lựa chọn target phù hợp.
- Thành thạo công cụ đo lường (Ads Manager, Pixel, Excel/Google Sheet).
- Có tư duy content quảng cáo, biết đánh giá và đề xuất định hướng content phù hợp để tăng hiệu quả truyền thông và quảng cáo
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm chạy đa kênh (TikTok Ads, Google Ads) là lợi thế.
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Báo chí, Truyền thông, Marketing, Ngôn ngữ học hoặc các ngành liên quan.
